JACKIE DUNCAN

Born in Jamaica and a U.S. citizen since 1974, Jackie was educated in both England and the United States. Employed for several years by the Columbia Park & Recreation Association (the homeowners association for the new city of Columbia, MD), Jackie started her real estate career in 1980, working in new home sales. Jackie has been a resident of Howard County/Columbia since 1972.

A real “people person,” Jackie is a member of Chapelgate Presbyterian Church in Maryland and, when in Florida, is active in Sunlight Community Church in Port St. Lucie.  She is an avid and dedicated dog lover and the proud mother of Lulu and Putter!  She enjoys golf and tennis and is passionate about her football and baseball teams.  In addition, Jackie is very patriotic and loves helping people.

ROBIN FAST

Robin Fast joined THE DUNCAN GROUP in 2005 and brings hands-on experience gained from living in Howard County for over 25 years. Robin’s is the classic Howard County/Columbia story, having moved seven times within the County, moving up through various types of housing—from condominiums to townhouses to single family homes. This invaluable experience makes Robin extremely familiar with all housing types within the County and sensitive to the concerns of her clients looking to move into or up within Howard County.

NANCY AVERY
Administration
Nancy joined the team with more than 20 years' experience in the administrative services field. Prior to joining THE DUNCAN GROUP, Nancy worked for a commercial real estate company headquartered in Laurel, MD. She also worked several years for an advertising and public relations firm, where she learned the importance of client services and target marketing.

Originally from Western Pennsylvania, Nancy has been a Howard County resident since 1976.
